DATA PROTECTION RULES
This Data Protection Policy (hereinafter: the Policy) describes how we collect, use and process your data, including personal data, in connection with your access to and use of the Weather Directory portal (hereinafter: the Portal).
We are firmly committed to storing information about you and your family. Our team makes every reasonable effort to take care of your information security and privacy. At the same time, no service can be completely secure - if you have reason to think that your account or personal information is at risk, for example, if someone might have found out your password, let us know immediately, via email.
By completing our registration forms (for example, through our website or mobile applications (hereinafter: Applications) or by continuously using our services, you agree to use your data in accordance with these rules).

1. DATA WE COLLECT
1.1. The information you give us
1.1.1. Information necessary to use the Portal

Authentication Information - To create and maintain a reliable and secure environment, we may collect information for the purpose of verifying your identity (such as pictures of your issued ID, passport, or driver's license, as permitted by applicable law) or other authenticity .
Communications with the Portal and other users of the Portal - when you communicate with authorized persons of the Portal or use the Portal page and to communicate with other users, we collect information about your communication and all information that you have decided to provide.

Additional account information - You can choose to provide additional information as part of your account (such as gender, preferred language, city, and personal description). European Union law sets out special rules for the processing of "special categories of personal data", which include religious affiliation, political affiliation, gender and sexual orientation. We allow you to publish such information so that it can be seen by the people you choose. If you choose to add such data, we receive, process and store it. We will only use such information with your permission.
1.2. Information that we automatically collect when you use the Portal
When you use the Portal, we automatically collect some information, including personal information, about the services you use and how you use them. This information is necessary for the proper execution of the contract between you and us, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and bearing in mind our legitimate interest in providing and improving the services of the Portal.
Geographic location information - when you use certain services of the Portal, we may collect information about your exact or approximate location, as it is determined by data such as your IP address or the GPS of your mobile device, in order to provide you with a better user experience. Most mobile devices allow you to manage or disable the use of location services for Applications in the device settings menu. The portal may collect this information even when you are not using the Application, if this connection is enabled through your device settings or permissions.
Information on how to use the Portal - we collect information about your interactions through the Portal, such as pages or content you view, print searches and other actions on the Portal.
Data and device data log - We automatically collect log data and device data when you access and use the Portal, even if you have not created an account or are not logged in. This information includes, but is not limited to, details about how you used the Portal (including if you clicked on links to Third Party Applications), IP address, access dates and times, hardware and software information, device information, device event information, unique identifiers and cookie data.
1.3. Information we collect from third parties
The Portal may collect information, including personal information, that others provide about you, when they use the Portal or obtain information from other sources and combine it with information we collect through the Portal. We do not control, supervise or be responsible for the manner in which third parties providing your information process that information, and any request for information about the disclosure of your personal information should be addressed to third parties.
Third Party Services - If you connect, connect or log in to the Portal through third party services (e.g. Google, Facebook), a third party may send us information such as registration and profile information of that service. This information varies and is controlled by a third party or authorized to do so through your privacy settings in that service.
Other Sources - To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may receive additional information about you, such as demographic or fraud detection information, from third party service providers and / or partners and combine it with our information about you. We may receive information about your experiences and interactions with our partner ad networks.
2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use, store and process information, including personal data, for the purpose of understanding, improving and developing the Portal, measuring and improving advertising and marketing, creating and maintaining a reliable and safer environment, and for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations.
2.1. Provision of services, improvement and development of the Portal

• We operate, protect, improve and optimize the Portal and your user experience, for example by conducting analyzes and conducting research

2.3. Providing, customizing, measuring, and improving advertising and marketing
• We send you promotional messages, advertisements and other information that may be of interest to you based on your preferences (including information on the latest news, Portal or affiliate campaigns and services) and social media ads, via social networking platforms such as Facebook or Google, or through our advertising partners
• We customize, measure and improve our advertising
• We manage referral programs, prizes, surveys, sweepstakes, contests or other promotional activities or events, sponsored or managed by the Portal, its partners or third parties
• We profile your characteristics and preferences (based on the information you provide us, your interactions with the Portal, information obtained from third parties and your search history, to send you messages, advertisements and other relevant information that we think may be of interest to you
We process the information collected for the purposes set out in this section, given our legitimate interest in conducting marketing activities, in order to offer you products or services that may be part of your interests.
We may use your information to contact you about various things, such as:
• notifications of changes in terms and conditions of use
• checking about the services or activities you have signed up for
• respond to you when you have contacted us or respond to your comment or complaint
• send notifications to your device if you have selected them in your settings
We will only contact you when necessary or when you give us your permission.
3. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We will never sell your personal information. We share them with others in the following ways:
3.1. With your consent
Where you have given your consent, we share your information, including personal information, as described at the time of consent, such as when you authorize an Application or a third party website to access your account or when you participate in promotional activities conducted by Portal partners or third parties.
3.2. Profiles, ads and other public information
The portal may allow you to publish information, including personal information, that is visible to the general public, such as:
• Parts of your public account on the Portal - such as your name, phone number, description and city, are publicly visible to others
• Ad pages are publicly visible and include information such as ad description, location, public profile photo, email address, phone number, address, and any additional information you wish to share.
• If you post content to a community or discussion forum, blog, or social media post, or use a similar feature on the Portal, that content is publicly visible
• When you post something public, such as posting comments that the public can see
Based on our legitimate interest in promoting the Portal, we may display portions of the Portal (e.g., your list of ads) on websites operated by the Portal’s business partners. If your ads appear on a partner's website, information from your public profile page may also appear.
Information that you share publicly on the Portal can be indexed using third-party search engines. In some cases, you can turn off this feature in your account settings. If you change your settings or content that is displayed publicly, those search engines may not update their databases. We do not control the practice of third party search engines and they may use repositories that contain your outdated information.
3.3. Compliance with the law, responding to legal requirements, preventing damage and protecting our rights
Where appropriate, we may notify users of such legal claims unless: (i) such notice is prohibited in itself, by court order or applicable law, or (ii) we believe that the notice would be futile, ineffective, create a risk of injuries or bodily injuries to an individual or group, or created or increased the risk of fraud against the Portal or our users. In cases where we comply with legal requirements, without prior notice for the latter reasons, we will attempt to notify that user of the request, once it has been met and when, in good faith, we determine that we are no longer prevented from doing so.
3.4. Service providers
The Portal uses various third-party service providers and technologies (eg Google, Facebook, etc.) to help us provide Portal-related services. Some companies that provide us with services are located outside the European Union. We only allow this if we are satisfied with their level of security in data protection. When you provide us with your information, please note that it may be transferred, stored or processed at a location outside the EEA.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone and we will never do so.
We provide aggregate statistics and insights to help people and companies understand how people react to their posts, offers, pages and other content on and off the Portal.
We provide advertisers with reports on the types of people who see their ads and the performance of their ads, but we do not share personally identifiable information (information such as your name or email address, which can be used to contact or identify you) except if you give us permission. For example, we provide general demographics and data of interest to advertisers (for example, that an ad was seen by a person living in Zadar) to help them better understand their audience. We also confirm which ads on the Portal led to a purchase or activity related to the advertiser.
3.4.2. Measurement partners
We share information about you with the companies that aggregate it to provide analytical and measurement reports to us and our partners.
3.4.3. Sellers and service providers
We provide data and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as by providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our products are used, providing customer support, enabling payments, or conducting surveys.
3.4.4. Law enforcement agencies or legal requirements
When necessary to comply with legal provisions, we share your information with law enforcement or on the basis of legal requirements.
3.5. Social networks
Where permitted by applicable law, we may use certain limited personal information about you to share it with social or other network platforms, such as Facebook or Google, to generate potential customers, drive traffic to our websites, or otherwise promote our service or Portal in general. These processing activities are based on our legitimate interest in conducting marketing activities, in order to offer you products or services that may be part of your interest.
The portal does not control or monitor the social media platforms with which we may share your personal information. Therefore, any questions about how your social media platform service provider processes your personal information should be directed to such service provider.
3.6. Business transfers
If the Portal undertakes or is involved in any merger, acquisition, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets or bankruptcy proceedings, then we may sell, transfer or share part or all of our assets, including your information relating to such transaction or attempt such transactions (e.g. due diligence). We will notify you prior to the transfer of your personal information and before your personal information is subject to different privacy policies.

We may review, scan or analyze your communications on the Portal or on the Portal's social media pages, for fraud prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, research, product development and customer support. For example, as part of our prevention efforts, we scan and analyze messages to protect contact information and references to other websites. In some cases, we may scan, review, or analyze messages to correct, improve, and expand our product offerings. We use automated methods where reasonably possible. However, we will sometimes need to manually review some communications, such as cases for fraud checks and customer support, or to evaluate and improve the functionality of automated tools. We will not review, scan, or analyze your communications to send you third-party marketing messages, and we will neither sell reviews nor analyzes of those communications.
These activities are conducted based on our legitimate interest in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and our conditions, preventing fraud, promoting security, and improving and ensuring the proper performance of our services.
5. THIRD PARTY PARTNERS
The Portal may contain links to third party websites or services, such as third party integrations or other third party services ("Third Party Partners"). The Portal does not own or control these third-party partners, and when you interact with them, you may provide information directly to a third-party partner, the Portal, or both. These third party partners will have their own rules on the collection, use and disclosure of information. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of other websites you visit.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
For all questions and exercising the rights listed in this section, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to the address of the Head of Data Processing. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity, before taking further action at your request.
6.1. Manage your information
You can access and update some of your information through your account settings. If you have chosen to connect to the Portal via a Third Party Application, such as Facebook or Google, you can change the settings and remove the Application permission by changing the third party account settings. The responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of your information, including personal information, rests solely with you.
6.2. Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information about you (if you cannot update it yourself, in your account).
6.3. Data retention and deletion
We generally retain your information, including personal information, for as long as is necessary to perform the contract between you and us, and to comply with our legal obligations.
6.4. Submission of complaints
You have the right to file complaints on data processing activities, by the Portal, before the competent data protection authorities - the Personal Data Protection Agency.
We continuously implement and update administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration. If you have any knowledge or reason to believe that your account information has been lost, stolen, misused or otherwise compromised or, in the event of any actual breach or suspicion of unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.
